What happens if your car fails
The examiner refuses to start the test. You forfeit the test slot. Some DLTCs will let you reschedule without a new fee if you can fix the issue within 30 days. Many won't.
Bring backups
If using your own car: tested spare bulbs in a clear bag, current licence disc copy, recent roadworthy certificate. Examiners ask.
